Unlike other retail jewellery stores, we don’t have fixed prices for our products. We’re committed to fair pricing and fine jewellery without retail markups. At N&E, we offer customers private quotes with the best deal within their budgets.

The price of one particular piece includes the cost of fine materials which varies depends on the weight, size and amount of stones, labour, etc.

We believe the best way to get an estimate on your piece is to contact us directly for a consultation. With given information, we can provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, we can offer you a quote with an exact price.

We have our own experienced jewellery designers, as well as a main jeweller with over 30 years of experience. When you start a consultation with us, you’ll be paired up with our design consultant and the jeweller who will help you flesh out the details of your design, as well as weigh various options.

Once we have all the information we need, the designer will work on the 3D model of the piece with sketches and renderings of your piece based on the information you’ve given us. You’ll have a chance to review the design and offer feedback - and we’ll keep designing until you’re happy to proceed to have it made.

Our designers will make sure to create a collaborative design process with you from concept discussion, sketching to casting and finishing. We do offer 3D model renderings of all of our custom designs before making the piece, so that you know you are getting the exact design you want. Besides that, we also keep you updated with process photos of your piece as it's being made.

We request a 50% deposit prior to producing 3D models and renderings of your design, and that deposit goes toward the final cost of producing your piece.

We accept payment in person when you come to pick up the piece at our studio. Please contact us if in-person payment doesn’t work for you

Absolutely. While there are certain advantages of in-person meetings, technology allows us to service customers far and wide with phone calls, messaging and photos. We follow the same design process – accepting your 50% deposit to begin creating the jewellery and delivering it to you upon clearance of your payment of the balance.

All diamonds, gems, and precious metals are hand selected to be specific to your custom designed piece. We use only diamonds and gemstones that meet our high standards of quality and appearance in all our pieces. We do not work with non-precious metals such as titanium, cobalt, tungsten, and stainless steel nor base metals such as brass, bronze, and copper. We make diamond selection an easy process by only showing customers only high-quality hand-selected diamonds, so no bad choices are even an option.
